I found this newsletter full of startup growth playbooks

It’s called Founder Files.

Over the past month, I’ve gotten back about 10 hours per week with improved workflows and automation across:

→ Sales Process (closing 50% of deals!!!)
→ New Customer Onboarding
→ Payment Processing
→ Content Creation
…and quite a bit more.

I run a small team. So, I’m always looking for ways to improve our processes and growth.

If you’re in the same boat as me, try it out. It’s a quick read.
I’ve been subscribed for a few months now, and I read it every week.

Each edition, Founder Files sends 3 big ideas and 3 tools to execute them.

Last week, one of the ideas was to create a second-opinion chatbot.

As a solo founder, I sometimes bounce ideas off of my dogs.

Not ideal.

So, I plan on building this out next month for myself.
